I actually quite enjoyed RAW tonight although Cena/Umaga should have been the main event. Good to see they're continuing Umaga's undefeated streak. I expected a generic no contest ending with Edge interfering.

On the topic of ECW, I'm actually starting to enjoy it in a "it's so shit, it's good" kind of way. Show/Flair last week was an enjoyable spotfest and Sandman caning that Knox gimp was just downright funny. I think the Show/Taker match will do well for them this week. At least it will get a few more people to watch.

As hot as they are now, the act will get stale if they don't do something major pretty soon. So far, they've done some wacky hijinks to rattle Vince, but nothing that makes people mad. When they shaved Hawk's hair, I, as a Road Warriors fan, was pissed, which means it worked. They haven't done anything to grab and keep attention yet.

Well word around the campfire says that WWE are scrapping the Spirit Squad because they haven't drawn any good ratings in their feud with DX. And realistically, it's not so much that SS are that bad, it's that DX are limited and the reunited run is just glorified hype. As Dave the Jacker said, they need to do something radical to draw real interest and not just merchandise sales.

We get alot of American sitcoms, soaps and cartoons, but the only talk shows we get are either daytime Oprah/Dr. Bullshit/Ricky Lake or Letterman-Leno show. We actually had neighbors air at one point. With all due respect... Horrible show!
