Favorite ECW moment.

ECW Tv sometime in 1999 If I recall correctly the Dudleyz defeated Balls Mahoney and Spyke Dudley in their final night in the promotion to win the tag belts. They bragged about bringing the belts over to Vince McMahon pissing off the crowd and how they were the greatest team in EC-Dub daring anyone to challenge them......and out came Tommy Dreamer. Of course he recieved a beat-down and then out of nowhere the last person anyone ever thought of seeing showed up: Raven. Raven had quit WCW a few days earlier so everyone seing him back in ECW, coming to the aid of his arch-nemesis of all things was a big shocker. an Even Flow on Buh Buh and a 3 count later we had new tag champs and hell frozed over for a few seconds. It was the biggest mark out moment for me.

I also hold a special spot for the moment New Jack almost killed himself. But that's another story for another time.

Mine would have to be the night that Dreamer lost to the Sandman and, as a stipulation, had to get the SHIT caned out of him. He just stood there and took it to the back time after goddamn time. Every last person in that building was becoming uneasy--even Sandman, whose lip you could see quivering when he had to see the pain on Dreamer's face. It was all Sandman could do to keep from working a shoot and saying, "I'm sorry, man." You never see that anymore--working a storyline in a way that makes you so uncomfortable to watch it, and then afterwards say to yourself, "...Holy shit. That was fuckin' great."

2nd place would have to go to when Bubba Ray pointed out a mother and daughter in the front row and told the audience how the mother teaches the daughter to "suck dick". I became a Dudley fan for life after that.
