The guy got a massive pop at Genesis, but do you think he can really draw big? Will the ratings be higher? Will he go back to being close to as good as he used to be?

Will answer later.

I don't think he'll draw big in TNA because creatively, TNA can't draw. I'd love to see him in an extended feud with Christian Cage. TNA needs to stop booking like it's WCW 2007, and start pushing their younger wrestlers in new storylines, or updated old school storylines. Then they'll start doing better ratings, and guys like Booker T will be able to help the company even more.

I never knew Booker T & the MCs played with Genesis. What year? I wonder how that would work out. I can't see their styles matching when Peter Gabriel sang, I suppose it was during their more popped-up mainstream career with just Banks, Rutherford and Collins. Steve Hackett returning on guitar maybe? Did Chester Thompson take over on drums?

It's been confirmed that he is coming back as G.I. Bro along with the rest of the Misfits in Action. I for one, can't wait.

He in my opinion can still really go for his age. I think he can wrestle with the best still. Though the main event last week really showed who were the legit top dogs wrestling wise, he still is good. so i wouldnt doubt if they put him in the world title picture with a simular gimmick to when he was in WcW and not that king booker shit haha.

As good as Booker is in my opinion, He was never a big draw.

Sure he might be over and quite popular, But he's not someone that people pay to see. The only reason he got his last title run in WWE was because they needed a heel for Batista to go over. Other than that he never did much good.

He should put over younger talent and know his role. Steer him clear of the Tna title.

No one draws in TNA.
Booker was immediately turned into a regular ol' midcarder.

TNA FUCKING SUCKS.

Well, yeah, TNA does need their own stars. But right now they don't have anyone built up properly, and most of the younger talent needs to be paced. Nothing can screw up a push more than pushing someone too quickly (or too slowly for that matter).
I say, right now TNA is in the position to be trying to gain as much marc recognition as possible. All these established stars can be good for them right now, because it will get them noticed. And when the younger guys are ready to take the torch, they can have someone who is already established to put them over..... I see HUGE potential in Bobby Rude.
Figure this; if you had a TNA hell in the cell match (but they'd have to call it something else) between:
1. Samoa Joe
2. Booker T
3. Scott Steiner
4. Kurt Angle
5. Sting
6. Bobby Rude

Now, bobby wouldn't even have to win that match, at this point in his carreer, just out-lasting all those big names and being one of the final 2 would easily make people take more notice of him. I'd still have Joe win though because Joe is their only guy on top who wasn't made somewhere else. And I think they need a solid TNA guy to hold their belt for a while.
