Steve Blackman was one of my favorites back in the day. I was wondering if anyone knows about his first chance at the Hardcore Championship. Did he get a shot at it when McMahon created it and gave it to Mankind that fateful November of 1998? Or was it some other time? Just really bugging me.

Steve Blackman was one of my favorites back in the day.

You lose all credibility as an integral part of the human race with that statement right there.

Who was the current hardcore champion when Steve Blackman got his first opportunity to capture the title?

Wrestlemania 2000 Greatest wrestling game ever!

i always liked the WCW v NWO game on n64, blocky graphics, but i still havn't played a better wrestling game.

I'm not talking about his first reign as champion, I'm talking about his first shot at becoming champion. I already know he won his first hardcore championship against Crash Holly.

Real Deal, then you haven't played WCW vs nWo Revenge, WWF WrestleMania 2000 or WWF No Mercy, because they're the same graphics and controls except better each installment.

I have, but they are just revisions, nothing compares to the original,

just never felt the same sort love for them...

Do you agree all these games are the best wrestling platform? I can't stand the newer games, they concerntrate to much on making it look life like which is cool, but I prefer good solid gameplay,

So you prefer WCW vs nWo World Tour, with two match types and half the moves to No Mercy's Cage Match, Ladder Match, 200 more moves, and 30 more wrestlers? Makes no sense. It's like prefering sex with a loose pussy to a tight spectacular Brittney Spears when she was 18 cunt.

So, was Crash Holly the first opponent he ever faced for the Hardcore Championship, meaning the first time Blackman tried to win it, he did?

WM 2000 was the shit, graphics were shit.....but game play was to die for. No Mercy drop a good deal of the Wm 2000 roster, ie Big Show and the Blue Fucking Meanie. Only thing I really didnt like about WM was that you couldnt switch from a back grapple to a front.....oh well.

''Powdernose'' Tully Blanchard

I'll take Benoit for Show and Meanie.

There things you can do in those old games that you can't do in the newer ones that I think they should bring back. One is being able to edit the wrestlers' outfits. (For instance, if I wanted to edit La Resistance Rob Conway to become the Con-Man, I can't.) With No Mercy and WM2k, you could. I also liked that you could make your CAW bring a weapon or accessory to the ring, which you can't with current games.

This cracks me up, I even got farther than this, trying to win the new WZ contest. All I need to do now is find out when Blackman's first shot at the Hardcore Title was. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
