Shoutbox?

I think that it would improve the forum if we had a shoutbox on the main page at the top. I hope this isn't considered advertising, but I can't really explain what it looks like so, there is this forum called "impactwrestling.com/foum" and they have a shoutbox that is really cool, I think we should have a shoutbox like that, can someone give me feedback.

we used to have shoutbox couple of years ago on our old forum ubb.threads. thought about adding one, but based on the maturity on this forum, i decided it was best not to.

We could put a mod on it. Make sure no one got out of line, have a mod from different countries because of the time of day that everyone is here. So there isn't a time in the day where a mod isn't on it.
